November 22, 2011 - 1 minute readPRESS RELEASE
Brett Gilmour Photography invites you to Portraits4Change, a fundraiser for Light Up The World
Brett Gilmour creates award winning advertising photography on a daily basis. For one night only, he is pulling his team of creatives together to raise funds for LUTW by making portraits of people at the Light Up the Neighbourhood celebration in Calgary.
In exchange for a $25 donation to fund Light Up The World’s projects in Peru, people are photographed and given their portrait for use on web sites like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
100% of the proceeds go to Light Up the World, www.lutw.org. LUTW is an international development organization whose goal is to provide renewable energy technologies and high efficiency lighting to communities around the world that do not have access to appropriate and affordable energy solutions.
THE EVENT:
Light Up The Neighbourhood brings together LUTW supporters, local residents and businesses in a celebration of community, sustainability and technology.
WHEN: Thursday, December 1, 2011 from 5 PM to 8 PM
WHERE: Endeavor Arts 200, 1209 1st St. SW Calgary
